Calculate VAT

Here you can calculate VAT with different VAT rates, and also calculate VAT "backwards"

VAT is a consumption tax, which is ultimately paid by consumers. Entrepreneurs also pay VAT, but may offset input and output VAT against each other.

The most common VAT is 25 percent, but for some goods and services the VAT is instead 12 or 6 percent

For most foodstuffs, VAT is 12%, as are restaurant services, room rental and camping activities.

For most books and magazines, the VAT is 6%, as well as passenger transport, sports activities and museum activities.

Within, for example, healthcare, education, banking and insurance, VAT is exempted
